Cancellation & Refund

At Chakki Live, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality flour products and excellent service. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with the following policy:

Returns 

You may return most new, unopened items sold by Chakki Live within 5 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the products you wish to return.

The items must be unused, in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the products, unless the return is a result of our error.

Once we receive the returned items in acceptable condition, we will promptly process a refund for the product cost or initiate an exchange for a new product.

Refunds

For products eligible for a refund, we will credit the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

For defective or damaged items, we will refund the full product cost as well as any shipping charges incurred. Proof of product defect, such as photos, may be requested.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

– Packaged food items that have been opened or tampered with
– Custom or special order products made to your specifications

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the products show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders of flour or large-scale purchases made through our business accounts, please refer to the specific terms and conditions outlined in your sales agreement or contract with Chakki Live.

Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning items to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking number until the return is processed.
